Why Gonzo’s Quest is missing from so many crypto lobbies

If something goes wrong: complaint routes

Every dispute starts with the casino’s own support and complaints process. After that, the path depends on the licence.

• Anjouan (Winz.io): the authority does not handle complaints directly. Use the route behind the site seal; the operator has 30 days to respond, game-outcome disputes must be raised within 14 days, and unresolved cases go to an operator-paid dispute service.
